絵描きは、人類最古の職業のひとつと言われる。でもそれを「職業として成立させられる人」はほんの一握り。そんな中で、障害のある人が自分の好きなこと、できることを仕事にするということ。絵を描くこと、表現すること。それが、収入につながる。大金じゃなくてもいい。自分のやりがいになり、誰かに価値として届き、そこに対価が生まれる。自分で稼いだお金で、絵の具一本でもいいから自分で買う。そしてまた、描く。その繰り返しはとても健全で、とても美しい循環だと思う。きっと本人も社会と繋がっている、社会の役に立っていると感じると思うその循環を、社会の中に当たり前にしていきたい。Painting is said to be one of the oldest professions.Yet only a few can truly make a living from it.When people with disabilities turn what they love into work—creating, expressing—and it becomes income,it doesn’t have to be big.What matters is that it brings purpose,reaches someone as value,and creates fair return.With what they earn, they buy materials,and create again.A simple, healthy, beautiful cycle.We want to make this cycle a natural part of society.
